6:10pm - Fueloil cargp surged by $6-7pmt. Gasoil cargo gained further too, by about $0.60/BBLm.

12:30pm - Fueloil paper rose by nearly $3.00pmt and Gasoil paper too strengthened but by $0.90/BBL.
